New Red Bull London headquarters

Red Bull has been known to go outside the mainstream sports when it comes to their marketing, sponsoring teams and events that have to do with air racing, kite surfing, BMX and mountainbike freeriding just to give a few examples.

So it’s no surprise that they went a bit outside of the box with the look of their new headquarters in London. It’s a matter of taste if you find this beautifull or not, but it’s an unusual design to say the least.

Buy a wig for your bald…baby???

Sometimes I wonder why parents do things to their infants like this. Probably because it’s quote/unquote “cute”. And with that in mind there’s probably a big market for parents who want their baby to look cuter. At least that’s what this company is betting on by selling wigs for babies.

Somehow for the infants sake I hope this company won’t do well. Knowing parents it probably will be a huge success.

Be like Jamie Oliver…maybe a little

As anyone who has ever seen one of Jamie Oliver‘s cooking programs can attest, when making one of his dishes he likes the herbs he uses to be fresh, sometimes getting them right out of his garden.

And maybe you don’t have his cooking talent, but you can have one thing: fresh herbs! The Aerogarden of Aerogrow promises to grow your herbs fast, without using soil but using some new growing technology. But you probably won’t care how cutting edge it is (unlike if you’re a bit of a nerd, dork or geek, but you have to find that out in this quiz) as long as it produces some nice and tasty growth.

Trotting around Manhattan with the biggest portable pc

What do you do when you happen to have some spare time on your hand, work at a laptop magazine and have a Dell XPS M2010 just sitting there in your office? That’s right, you take it for a spin in the subway, Starbucks and parks of Manhattan and write down your experiences.

The line between desktops and laptops gets thinner and thinner and the M2010 is an example of the bigger and more powerfull products that have come out to meet the demand for portable gaming and entertainment machines. It’s in no way meant as your average laptop, but the device and its user got quite a few comments and reactions when being used as such. A fun read.
